Data Handling Rules

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data VPNWX handles across its website, user panel, and network acceleration service, why it is handled, and how users can manage it.

Last updated: September 2026

Collection Scope and Purpose

Creating a VPNWX account does not require an email address; a username and password are enough. Email is therefore not a required registration detail, and VPNWX does not collect a so-called registration email. The system stores the username provided by the user, securely processed password credentials, account status, and essential service settings for authentication, subscription delivery, traffic accounting, account security, and ticket handling.

After a subscription is purchased, the system creates an order record containing the selected plan, amount due, payment channel, payment status, creation time, and identifiers needed to reconcile the transaction. These records confirm service access, process refunds, investigate unusual orders, and meet necessary financial obligations. VPNWX does not require identity details unrelated to service delivery.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNWX follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, which pages they open, or what content they submit, nor does it create historical profiles that could reconstruct browsing activity. When network requests travel through international routes, the service may temporarily process routing data, session status, and fault information to complete a connection, but this data is not retained as long-term browsing logs.

After a connection ends, details of the individual session are not retained as activity records. To enforce plan traffic rules, the system stores account-level aggregate usage and remaining traffic. This data supports billing and display and does not include destination websites or page content. If a connection fails or service abuse occurs, the system processes only the technical events needed to identify the issue and clears details that are no longer needed once the purpose is complete.

Analytics, Cookies, and Local Storage

When users visit the marketing website, VPNWX may process analytics such as page views, referring pages, browser type, device category, network address, and approximate region. This helps verify normal page loading, detect unusual requests, and improve site navigation. Website analytics are handled separately from network acceleration connection data and are not used to identify specific websites accessed through the subscription service.

Cookies and browser local storage help maintain login status, save language preferences, remember essential interface settings, and support security checks. A login token may be stored in the current browser to keep the session active in the user panel. Users can remove local information by signing out or clearing browser data; after clearing it, they may need to log in again and reselect relevant settings.

Payment Processing and Data Retention

VPNWX supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment service, and the information requested on its payment page is governed by that service's own rules. VPNWX receives the transaction result needed to confirm a completed order and does not store the complete payment credentials held by the third-party payment service. Users should also review the applicable payment service's privacy notice before paying.

Account details are retained while the account remains in use. Order records are kept as needed for transaction reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations. Aggregate traffic data is retained with the relevant account and subscription records. Website analytics are aggregated or cleared after security analysis and site improvement purposes are complete. Data that is no longer needed for its purpose will be deleted, de-identified, or restricted from further use.

Data Management and Policy Updates

Users can view and adjust manageable account details in the user panel. To request account deletion, removal of associated data, or information about data handling, users can submit a request through the user panel ticket system. VPNWX will first verify account ownership and then process deletable data. Data that must be retained by law or remains connected to an open order, refund, or dispute may be restricted rather than deleted until the matter is resolved.

This policy may change as service features, data practices, or applicable rules change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. For significant changes involving data use or user rights, VPNWX may also provide notice through a website announcement or the user panel. Users can return to this page at any time to review the current version before continuing to use the service.
